I had the good fortune to work with Jim Shepard at the Sirenland Writing Conference. In addition to being the bestselling author of PHASE SIX, an amazing novel about a pandemic (but not COVID!), Jim is a fantastic teacher. If you ever have the chance to work with him, do it.
